It is hard but feels a bit softer. Tastes bittersweet, and its medicinal value is somewhat like perfect composited date but its price is cheaper.
3. "Grassy", Its surface is the roughest compared to the 2 types above. It is usually greenish-brown in colour. It has some grassy substances around it and feels softer than the semi perfect composited date. It tastes bitter. It can be grind into powdered form. Although it is the cheapest among all, it also has high medicinal values.
